SOCIAL IMPACT WORK : PLAYGIRL & KC is an issued zine I created as a challenge to the male gaze. Used Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and PowerPoint. Outsourced fabrics like Satin, Lace for the men's wear and deconstructed/ upcycled to create the women's wear.
This project was created to challenge the Male Gaze, why it is considered the norm, how it came to be and what would it be like if the the gender expectations were reversed. I speak on mainly the women's perspective in this situation.
